There are five things required to compete in the Snow Series:
- A current USASA membership (see the USASA tab above)
- Registration for the event (click here)
- A snow sports approved helmet
- A lift ticket or season pass
- A USASA bib (see the Merch tab above to purchase online)
Online registration opens November 1, 2017. Click here and sort by Upper Midwest Snow Series. There will be a clickable link next to each event when it's open.
Each of our events is $35 online and $40 to register at the event, so it pays to register online!
Please keep your email confirmations for both membership and event registration and have them accessible when you check in and pick up your bib the morning of your event. We do offer on-site registration but please note that some events do reach the competitor maximum during online registration. Online registration closes at midnight the Thursday before the event weekend.
Skiers: At this time we offer Slopestyle, Halfpipe, Rail Jam and Boarder/Skiercross events for skiers, but not Alpine/Racing.
If you have any questions about registration or this process please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org and she can either help or point you in the right direction!
On-site Registration and Checking In:
Registration is from 8:30-9:30AM each event day. You need to check in each morning, even if you competed the day before and even if you registered online. You may be marked as a DNS if you do not check in by 9:30AM and if the event is full you may lose your spot to a rider on the waiting list!
Evening event registration (if it's an evening event it will be noted in the name of the event) is from 4:30-5:30PM.
Lift tickets are not included in the event registration price. Some of our host mountains offer discounted lift tickets to our riders, so be sure to ask!
We start a waiting list the morning of the event if an event is full. This list is first come first serve. We cannot give preferential treatment to any competitor.
NO REFUNDS WITHOUT VALID MEDICAL EXCUSE. Each case will be reviewed. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the series. Riders will be required to provide proof of medical excuse. A $10.00 processing fee per entry will apply to all refunds.
